Dear Students,

We would like to inform you that the final deadline for submitting diploma theses for students planning to defend their thesis in 2026 has been set for May 18, 2026.

Theses must be submitted exclusively in electronic form. Paper versions will not be accepted.

Please ensure that you meet the indicated deadline and complete all required formalities related to the thesis submission in advance.

Failure to meet the deadline may result in the inability to participate in the defense within the designated period.

DEFENSES 2026

Dear Students,

In connection with the commencement of preparations for the 2026 thesis defenses, please familiarize yourselves with the Diploma Regulations. In accordance with its provisions, diploma theses should not be submitted in paper form to the Dean’s Office. The final version of the diploma thesis, approved by the supervisor and verified in the JSA system, should be submitted electronically to the Dean’s Office appropriate for the given location.

Required documents:

• diploma thesis saved as a PDF file,

• current declaration for the diploma thesis, signed using a trusted profile (Profil Zaufany) or the original copy with a handwritten signature delivered to the Dean’s Office.

The final deadline for submitting the diploma thesis is May 18, 2026. 

At the same time, we remind you that the conditions for being admitted to the diploma examination are:

1.  obtaining credits for all subjects and passing all examinations included in the study program (completion of studies),
2. receiving a positive evaluation of the diploma thesis,
3. completing all practical classes and professional internships included in the study program (including submitting the original internship logbook to the Dean’s Office appropriate for the location),
4. settling all matters with the Dean’s Office,
5. settling accounts with the library,
6. settling accounts with the Finance Office (Kwestura).

Please check your financial settlements with the university in your Virtual Dean’s Office account. If you have any questions, please contact the Dean’s Office.  Students who fail to settle their financial obligations to the university will not be admitted to the defense.

We also inform you that, upon a student’s request submitted by the day of the defense, the university issues a diploma along with its supplement in a foreign language within 30 days from the date of graduation.The application should be sent to the Dean’s Office appropriate for the given location no later than the day of the defense.

Joining the FEDE network also opens new opportunities for the further development of the University’s educational offer in an international context and increases its visibility on the European academic stage.
