1st May – Labour Day

3rd May – Constitution Day
- Commemorates the enactment of the Polish Constitution on 3rd May 1791, the first democratic constitution in Europe and the second in the world.
Corpus Christi
- Observed on the Thursday after Trinity Sunday, this religious feast is often marked by public processions in many Polish cities and towns.
15th August – Assumption of Mary & Polish Armed Forces Day
- A combined religious and national holiday. It honors the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and commemorates the 1920 Battle of Warsaw with military parades, particularly in Warsaw.
1st November – All Saints’ Day
- A solemn day when people visit cemeteries to pay respects and remember their deceased loved ones by lighting candles on graves.
11th November – Independence Day
- Celebrates Poland’s regaining of independence in 1918, after 123 years of partitions by Austria, Russia, and Prussia. The day features national celebrations and parades.
25th & 26th December – Christmas
- These days celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and are marked by religious services, festive meals, and time spent with family.
