About Powiślańska 

Powiślańska is one of the oldest private universities in the Pomeranian Province. We have been training future medical staff for over 25 years. At our four locations in Poland, everyone works in accordance with one of our missions – to educate the best medics and practitioners in their field. The university is located in cities such as Gdańsk, Toruń, Kwidzyn, and Kościerzyna.

Powiślańska meets and even exceeds all standards and requirements in terms of staff, curriculum, practical classes, and professional internships. It is a clear leader in internationalization and quality of education, as evidenced by numerous awards and distinctions. Additionally, to confirm these words, it is worth adding that the university is the only private university in the Pomeranian Province to have its own Medical Simulation Centers.

Our university is not limited to Poland; for several years now, the English Division has been thriving. Students from all over the world, mainly from Zimbabwe, Turkey, and the Middle East, come to us primarily to study nursing.

We train paramedics, nurses, cosmetologists, dieticians, but also economists, so that they can perform their jobs in the best possible way and be confident in their skills. We care most about experience and practice – at Powiślańska, students can take advantage of numerous study visits to renowned institutions, experience free courses and webinars, or consult our Clinical and Practical Training Centers located in Golub-Dobrzyń, Bytów, and Starogard Gdański.
